Airman 1st Class Christopher Michael Ritchie, 22, was taken into custody early Saturday morning and charged with carnal knowledge of a 16-year-old girl.

The case started when a Bossier sheriff's deputy observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a driveway on state Highway 527 in Elm Grove south of Bossier City.

The deputy made contact with the driver of the vehicle and was told he was waiting on his friend to come outside. Ritchie said he met his friend on the Internet and had been talking to her for six months, Bossier Parish sheriff's office spokesman Ed Baswell said.

Ritchie told deputies this was his third time to visit his friend at her residence. More>>

So are gay foster parents allowed in another states? If so, which ones? I think its prudent to let the liberal states experiment with their children first. Research studies are of limited value given the extra controls in place. Did the research studies distinguish between male couples and lesbian couples? Were the studies large enough to have adequate power to tell if there was a difference? How long were the studies and what exactly did they measure? How were the couples selected to participate in the studies?

There is a publication bias in which politically incorrect results are suppressed in favor of studies that show certain results. More>>
